We are so happy that you have visited our website. Thank you so much for reaching out to donate your gently used scrubs. It really makes a difference.

There are two ways you can donate the scrubs:

  1. If you are local to the Portland/Vancouver area, we can meet to exchange the scrubs. If choosing this option, please pick a date/dates below in the alternate form. I will do my best to be able to accommodate the date/dates.
  2. The other way is to have them shipped to us. Just provide the information listed below:
    1. The information that I will need is listed below.
    2. Your shipping address - this is so that if something happens, the package can be returned to you
    3. Approximate weight of the package - this can be in pounds or kilograms
    4. How the package will be sent - box, shipping package, etc.

If shipping, and once I receive the information above, I can create the label. This label will be in PDF format for printing. Once it's placed on the package, please bring it to any package drop-off location to ship. * Please note that this does not cost you anything.
